We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were very helpful and enthusiastic and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious especially the legendary vegetarian sausages. The home made biscuits on the hospitality tray were a lovely touch. Thank you.

Wonderful B&B with very welcoming hosts
Home made vegetarian sausages for breakfast! They were totally delicious, as was the rest of the breakfast. The room was really comfortable and clean and the en-suite bathroom was nicely fitted and clean. This was a real bargain. The hosts are new and they've put in a lot of effort into making visitors feel welcome.

ManagementResponse

Thank you for your positive review. It is always nice to hear that what we are doing is appreciated by our guests! We look forward to welcoming you back to the Kenwood in the future.

Flying visit
A warm welcome awaited us when we arrived at this hotel, the ensuite room was lovely, and complete with complimentary bottles of water in fridge plus tea & coffee with home made biscuits. David made us feel at home immediately. The breakfast was cooked to order therefore, piping hot when it arrived at our table, and there was certainly more than enough to set you up for the day. We were sorry not to be able to stay longer but we were only in Stoke for a couple of days.

Kenwood Guest House - an absolutely fantastic place to stay - stay there and nowhere alse in Stoke
My wife and I booked the Kenwood Guest House, after reading the Trip Advisor report on it. They rate it No.2, but it should be upgraded to No.1 immediately. We had never been to Stoke and had a long drive from London and when we arrived, we were greeted by the Owner David, who along with being a lovely man, showed us a even lovelier room. It was perfect, clean, tidy, lovely big bed, all the mod-cons and some homemade biscuits!
Breakfast!!!.....Well, what can I say.......YUMMY....cooked fresh by Julie (David's lovely Wife), not like these 'BIG' hotels, where the food lays there for hours! Julie's breakfasts set you up for the day. We stayed for 2 nights and I will be staying there again in the Summer when we bring our son up to Alton Towers for the weekend. It is a fantastic place to stay....one review I read said 'its home from home' and that is it in a nutshell.....Sorry did I mention it was FANTASTIC?!!! To all those visiting Stoke, don't stay at ANY other B&B or the Hotel Opposite the Station, stay at the KENWOOD, I promise, you will not be disappointed

ManagementResponse

Thank you for such a lovely review! We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to welcoming you back on your return visit to Stoke during the Summer.
