Lovely welcoming hotel
The people here were lovely - went out of their way to make my stay a lovely one.
The view is amazing and the accommodation is cosy and comfortable.
Great Room - Good Value
Enjoyed a strange check in experience rather slow and laborious but pleasantly surprised with the room which was clean and spacious.
The owner was knowledgable on the building history and shared a yarn or two. Massive selection of whiskey in the comfortable bar and an incredible view over the lake. Breakfast only 1 hour 8-9 which as no good for our early start but given a packed breakfast which was nice of them ... shame we couldn't have been a accommodated half an hour earlier though.
Creag Mhor Lodge
Great service and very well catered for.
Very peaceful sleep also!
A wonderful ambience in a picturesque setting..
Very good value for money; staff were only too happy to go the extra mile to provide us with any local information we needed.
Great breakfast, unforgettable scenery & a clearly well run family business. Would highly recommend.
Very nice experience
It was a lovely experience.
Superb B&B accommodation
We were there for three nights and enjoyed our stay.
It is a family run establishment and they were very helpful. Allison spent time with us and making sure that the breakfast was to our specific requirements. Being vegetarians this was very important to us
Allison was going to great lengths to advise us of places of interest and giving help with planning our visits to various attractions around Fort William
A friendly welcome by the proprietor and a comfortable good sized room
Good Scottish Hospitality
Book in time was after 4pm, we were early so went for a drive around the beautiful countryside.
Arrived just after four and was dealt with friendly staff. Was give room number four on the ground floor at the front. This was a massive room with two very comfortable single beds a changing area and a very large bathroom. The view out this room was fantastic over looking the loch and mountains. There were two comfortable seats, tea and coffee making facilities and a television. The bar area has a fantastic choice of whiskeys and the bar staff were very knowledgeable there is also cost on each bottle so you knew how much a nip was and it was larger measures. Breakfast was between 0800-0900 perfect timings and the breakfast was a choice of cereals, pastries, fruit etc and then if you wished a full scottish which was excellent. The owner even remembered my name and had time to talk to all guests. Would I use this hotel again most definitely, great service, clean and value for money, well done.
