Excellent service all round. The bed was sagging in the middle. Enjoyed the stay, will go back.

Satisfied but not made to feel special
We booked the room in the orangery to celebrate our engagement. When we got there we were impressed with the grounds and we the main building. We were quickly checked in and given directions to our room. The room was lovely & big and the patio area was the icing on the cake. The rooms definately need a few more touch ups - ceiling in the bathroom not great! & they need soundproofing as you can here the neighbours quite clearly! but all in all a very pleasent stay & the food was very good - the only issues were being christmas they were very busy and we were ignored twice when requesting room service and had to call down to remind them with no real apology for the inconvenience it caused us. On checking out we were not thanked for our stay and quickly shuffled out. Would stay again but now know not to expect a personal touch to our stay.
