sickened customer from berwick
Hotel room was dirty. toilet was stained and not cleaned in a while.Do they know what bleach is for. on the first night there was only camomile tea in the room. On the next day I asked staff for some tea bags ,they give me two.Furniture was past its best. However the beds were very clean and comfortable. We booked twin room and got a double and a single which was nice. Situated on a road with traffic all night and shops were getting stocked at 5am. lots of noise. neither of us had any sleep. Also tv was too small and we could not watch from the bed as bed posts got in the way.
