Great location and breakfast, room experience sadly not up to scratch
Booked a family room and were a bit disappointed to be given a room with two double beds squeezed in - it had no exterior window and was claustrophobic and pretty unpleasant to spend any time in (plus my son and daughter were not delighted to share a bed). I would recommend checking exactly what sort of room you are booking.
Positives - The location is grew for lots of sights in Napoli, it's about 30mins by cab to airport or train station and the breakfast was fine.

Good location, rooms not so great.
Stayed here twice at the beginning and end of a tour of the bay of Naples.
The family room we booked was very claustrophobic, with no exterior window and no floor space once stuffed with an extra double bed. On our return visit, this room wasn't available (despite being booked several months before) and we were given two rooms at opposite ends of a corridor - not ideal with two children under 10.
Redeeming features are the excellent location, modern decor, pleasant breakfast and the efforts of RJ, who worked incredibly hard to improve our experience.
I would cautiously recommend this hotel, but would say you must check exactly what sort of room you'll get - the small double facing onto the street was pleasant and well placed for people watching, but the interior rooms were dark, airless and rather noisy.

Great base for Naples
We booked on the strength of reviews and the hotel lived up to the feedback. The staff at the hotel couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one, and were always prepared to go the extra mile to help us plan our days out. It's also a great location, in a pedestrianized street and right opposite two ice cream shops!

Lovely little place
Enjoyed our stay here. Good location for the city and the sea. Our room, with self-catering facilities, had a balcony overlooking an interesting pedestrian street. Good value.
