Cheap bargain accommodation.
The staff were friendly enough and helped me with my bags. The room had a funny smell and the walls were thin so I could hear the loud gentlemen next door. You get what you pay for - I recommend it as a functional place to stay.
Great Staff, Place very clean but let down by the bathroom, shower tiny and not up to much, no room for towels in bathroom.
Walls paper thin with a case of "when one up in the morning all up".
The welcome wasnot the best.
Room was clean , warm and comfortable but basic even for basic which I wasnt aware Id booked until I got there. Drinks available via vending machine and at £1 very poor value. Cooked breakfast ok but beans tasted odd and cold.
Perfect location for The Forum
Bit overpriced for the size of the room and it's amenities.
I've paid half the price for hotels in London before and the rooms have been considerably bigger with complimentary tea/coffee facilities, which are always nice after the journey. But on the plus side, it was a perfectly good 15 minute walk from The Forum where we were going to a gig, and there's a tube station around the corner for easy access to the rest of the city. Breakfast in the morning was also lovely; plenty of choice and a comfortable atmosphere to eat in.
