100% would recommend it to a friend
Good value for money.
The room was basic but comfortable with a huge TV and views of the Thames.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and there are free hot drinks and soft drinks.
quality at a low price
I would recommend this hotel for the price you pay it's excellent and the room we stopped in was clean but basic
Although the listing states this is a hotel, it is in fact a hostel.
But for the price we paid I cannot complain at all. The hostel is in an excellent location and all the staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. We stayed in a triple en suite room which fulfilled our needs perfectly. 3 beds, a wardrobe and drawers, a good shower as well as a huge tv with home cinema system (which was a nice little surprise). The free soft drinks and sweets on the bar for guests was a nice touch :)
The breakfast was basic, cereal and toast but pancakes and omlettes were available too. The food on an evening was amazing - I had a Thai curry which was delicious. Never had Thai food before but will most certainly have it again - whether the food will be as good as at the King William, we will have to wait and see. The hotel has a bus stop right outside - the number 24. The bus goes all round London so ideal for those people who arent keen tube-rider. Beware, this route can get busy at times. Also, Pimlico station is about a 10minute walk away with access to the Victoria line. The hostel is obviously ideal for backpackers, but I would recomend it to groups of friends looking for somewhere to stay in London.
The friendly and relaxed atmosphere, along with the great staff and excellent staff makes the King William IV a fantastic place to stay in London.
