Tucked into the corner of Warwick’s Market Square, The Rose & Crown hums with life all day long. A favourite with the townspeople, who use it variously as a watering-hole, the place for a spot of lunch or a celebration dinner, it has also won national awards. Twice named in the Top Ten UK pubs in the last three years, it was voted Best Pub in the UK in 2004.

Our secret? We take huge pride in serving the best ingredients we can find, form ethical producers, freshly prepared by our chefs. And we do it at pub prices, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The pub is open every day from 8am for breakfast and coffee, with lunch served from noon and hot food available all day. If you’re from out of town, we also have 5 smart and reasonably-priced bedrooms.

Great place, lovely pub, great food and nice room overlooking the market square. Check out isn't tl 11am and breakfast is up until 11.30am-unheard of. Would return yes. the staff are also very friendly and welcoming too.

Excellent Pub
This proved an excellent place to stay. A great pub in the heart of Warwick with good beer and great food.

We had a warm welcome and the room was ready for us. It was a modern, clean room with all the facilities we needed. Beautifully decorated, modern T.V. and radio with WI access. The only complaint we had was, there was part of the shower enclosure missing and there was no plug in the sink. We reported this on the in-house evaluation card so hopefully it will be rectified. I would stay here again as it's a great location and we enjoyed a gorgeous meal in the pub with our family.

A really pleasant place to stay
My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing evening which was made really enjoyable due to the staff being so kind and accommodating. We highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyable
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, with lovely room filled with tthoughtful touches and amazing choice of breakfast. Would definitely recommend booking a table for dinner too as the food was outstanding. In line with other reviewers, we found it a little noisy after we had gone to bed, but it is a very popular pub, so it was to be expected and to be honest, the bed was so comfy and the Eygyptian cotton bed linen so soft, that it didn't matter!

lovely little pub, spacious comfortable room. excellent location very friendly staff the only down side is no parking as such but would stay there again

book early!
very nice, popular pub/hotel,ideally situated in the centre of warwick.food is excellent staff are friendly and the rooms are spotless. the only trouble is you can't get a room unless you book early.
