The room was spacious and included a sink and microwave. The bathroom was clean and quite spacious. The over-bath shower was good but there was mould around the bath sealant, where it meets he wall.
Food was reasonable, but the breakfast disappointed as is was very basic

Excellent country location - far enough away but also near enough for convenience
We stayed here when we took our daughter for her first year in Aberystwyth University. We had a room in one of the chalet blocks. It was very spacious, really comfortable and had a kitchenette. We only stayed one night but the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety.
One thing we really liked - the country location was absolutely quiet.

Camping or Glamping
It was almost 8pm on arrrival and the intial impression on seeing the caravans was it was a holiday camp not a hotel/country club. Entering reception, there wasn't anyone on the desk, so after 5 minutes we went into the bar and the barman came out to give us our keys. There was only about 45 mins to get into the rooms and back before 9pm before the food stopped. To be fair although the menu was straight forward, the quality of food was hot and good. Our room was big and clean, but just looked a bit dated for a 4 star rated hotel. Breakfast only started at 8am which was a bit of s struggle as we had a business meeting at 9am. But again to be fair, they must have the fastest chefs in Wales, because it was ready in 15 minutes. Upon asking apparently it could be arranged for earlier but it depended for how many. We were looking at it for a business project for the week, but its was a shame that it didnt quite tick all of the boxes, Overall all of the staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful at all times.
