2 Night break
Only really saw the young lad at the desk/bar.
He was very polite and accommodating. We found the hotel to be very clean with a nice large bar area to sit and relax and look out over the sea. The bar wasn`t expensive either. Our room was very clean and tidy but just a bit on the small side, we didn't really spend any amount of time in the room so it didn`t really affect us. Didn`t have any food so can`t comment on the food. We wouldn`t have any problem staying there again.
Worse hotel ever.
Rooms definitely needed updating. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in. Lock hanging off. Shower/toilet smaller than cupboard. Refused to use. We had family ensuite. Told us like we were being upgraded. I would not put children in it. Very dark and cave like. Had to pay £5 extra for breakfast, on top of £30 we already paid. Talked to locals they said for that much could of gone luxury. Never again. Disappointed in laterooms for having it on their site. Couldn't stand being in room for moment longer than necessary.
The Inglewood hotel was very poor.
There was 3 adults in one small room which was dirty, no room for our clothes, the taps leak, you had the toilet and shower almost on top of each other and the toilet was dirty the toilet brush had not been cleaned in a long time. The towels had holes in them, no extractor fan in the very small shower room. I could go on about this place as I'm so angry that I stay here.
Very disappointed, would not recommend
The room was tiny with a sink and a bed.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and we had a terrible nights sleep. There were holes in the ceiling and the walls were very thin, we could hear the neighbors. The room was clean but very dated and the lamp did not work. The curtains were falling down and the light-pull in the en suite was a curtain cord. We arrived to find the parking was 2 cars deep and full and so we drove around to the pay and display at the back. We called the hotel and a man came from out and found us a free space down a side street. The staff member was very helpful and apologetic but this didn't change that value for money was very poor. 2 stars should refer to standard facilities, not old and cheap facilities especially at £99 for one night. We considered leaving at 2am and would not return or recommend.
The Inglewood Sea Front Hotel
me and my daughter stayed in a twin room which was tiny didnt like having sink in room and not in bathroom but beds were comfy and sheets clean but was ok for the what we spent on room
Cheap and cheerful but needs some work.
A good little hotel on the front, nice and friendly staff, cheap nights stay.
Could do with some work doing, en suite needs redoing.
Brilliant value, good for families, brilliant customer service
I have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool, ranging from, can use leave now please to, wow, this is amazing.
I am very picky where I stay now but this was last minute and funds were limited so after lots of research choose this hotel. I booked a twin room for me and my 13 year old son and a double room for my daughter and partner. At a cost of £80 I must be honest and say I was dreading it. Surely at that price it was going to be dirty, noisy and full of drunks. So it was with great nervousness I walked through the door and I was surprised from that very moment. Whilst not grand it was warm and welcoming and clean and we were greeted with a smile. The owner was very informative and even put up with all my questions. So, now we were at that moment. The turning of the key... I sent my son in first and he straight away told me it was really nice. They had left a little gift in the bed for my son and sweets for me!. I was very surprised. The room was clean, inviting and the bed linen very nice. Toiletries weren't supplied but for the price would anyone expect it. However they told us they were free on request. The shower was amazing. The pressure fantastic. The room was far too hot for us northerners so he came and sorted it out for us straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. Give this place a chance. It's fantastic value for money and although it may need a change of decor the beds are so comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone whose on a budget but still wants somewhere quiet to stay
Cheap getaway - Clean and comfy
Book last minute and wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised, room was spotless, bed comfy, pleanty of tea and coffee, fresh towels and decent shower.
Only negative is furniture a tad dated. Had the breakie and it was worth the extra few quid, decent sized and good coffee. Staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
