100% would recommend it to a friend
The Raffles is truely a magnificant hotel in every way.
Not only is the decor and architecture outstanding but also so are the staff. Without exception, the staff were supremely professional with acute attention to detail. Room service, reception, concierage, porters, management were all superb. The Raffles is a wondeful hotel and my wife and I are looking forward to our next visit.
From the arrival to the departure, our stay was made extra special by the attentive, polite & extremely helpful staff.
Had read reviews on tripadvisor, again saying how amazing the hotel was, was being a bit doubtful before we got there, as couldn't believe it could be this good, but couldn't agree more, faultless, and would recommend to anyone, will definitely be staying here upon our return to Dubai in the near future.
This was undoubtedly the best hotel that I've ever stayed in.I have travelled the world but I must say the attention to your every detail from all at Raffles Dubai made your stay an absolute joy.
I do recommend upgrading your stay to Club Room were you'll will receive breakfast(wow). Afternoon tea- superb and plentiful, and then cocktails and canapés all included which pays for itself really. The facilities when at the pool were awesome and the changing rooms with spas saunas etc were brilliant. All in all you will not be disappointed guaranteed !!!
Good business hotel, not the best for a holidayl
Lovely hotel but quite far out the way from most tourist spots.
Only 10min taxi to Dubai mall/burj K but easily 20/30mins to the palm, Emirates mall, Dubai marina etc.
You get what you pay for - as simple as that.
We stayed in a suite and it wasn't the cheapest hotel we could've opted for, for sure. But it was outstanding, very high levels of service, accommodation was excellent and all round it couldn't have really been added to very much (well, perhaps with the exception of the - in my opinion - moderately unnecessarily complex controls for switching the lights on and off. I guess if you want 'mood lighting' then you won't see that as so much of an issue!). No problem with children here either. Enough around, but not intrusive - and expensive enough to keep out that certain element that embarrasses us Brits when abroad. We all know what we're saying here... :-)
Head and Shoulders above the rest of other 5* Hotels
Several details make this hotel stand out from similar properties.
Size of room at 70sm makes it about double the standard size - it was also not a square or rectangular box but an unique design. The staff were ultra responsive, helpful and friendly. Location at the cross over between the hop on hop off bus routes was great also attached to Wafi Mall and not so far from the airport also makes it great.
Beautiful hotel, room was stunning we did not have time to utilize all facilities the hotel offered.
Staff were faultless, nothing was a problem and their friendliness was effortless.
