The first room I was shown to smelt of stale cigarette smoke but the reception staff were very helpful and I was given another room very quickly.

Quick overnight whilst working in Belfast
I stay in Bangor to cath up with an old friend whilst working in Belfast.
The Marine Court is a fairly old and traditional hotel overlooking the sea.
Check-in was quick, efficient and friendly.
The room was basic but adequate and the bed was comfortable.
I ate in the hotel and was a little dissapointed with the selection. The menu was very limited.
I was presented with two menus. One was a meal deal with a choice of 2 or 3 dishes. The other was a Christmas style choices. There didn't seem to have an ordinary menu. That said, the prices were reasonable.
Breakfast was average, but fresh and pleasant enough.
Check-out was quick and efficient

Très bien, mais....
Chambre très spacieuse, très grand lit. Propre.
