Just a great B&B
Just made a last minute booking for a Saturday night.
On arrival we received a really friendly welcome from the owner. The small double was really comfortable, with a nice sized en-suite with a bath, everything was clean and tidy, with plenty of drinks and biscuits. In the morning we received a really good full English breakfast. This will definitely be the first choice next time we stay in the area.
Could not fault this accommodation.
The hosts make you feel genuinely welcome to their establishment. The room was spotlessly clean with views to the Great Orme and Snowdonia. Plenty tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, even a bottle of water. Breakfast cooked to perfection, more than enough to set you up for the day. Parking on the driveway, a big plus for Llandudno, walking distance from the town centre. We even had an Easter egg left in our room after we had been out for the day. Only negative comment - hand held shower attachment over the bath made for tricky ablutions.
Good central location
We stayed at Hatfield house for 1 night.
Service from start to finish could not be faulted. Phoned the hotel the evening before to ask if I could park my car as we planned to arrive in Llandudno in time for Wales match. It did stipulate on the reservation info that rooms can be accessed at 4pm. I was informed okay to leave car. We arrived at the guesthouse at 12 noon to be greeted by Simon and was immediately checked in so we access our rooms. We found Simon to be a very pleasant and sociable chap and had a banter about the rugby. The rooms we were allocated were spacious and clean with tea/coffee facilities. Bed were lovely and comfortable and we had a very good night sleep. The breakfast was lovely and we sat in the dinning room chatting with other guests when we had finished. We were not rushed to leave and had a pleasant surprise to find out Simon done all the cooking. The hotel is situated a 5 minutes walk from the main shopping area so easy access for pubs and restaurants and the sea front. The price we paid for a Saturday night was very reasonable and we will definitely stay there again.
Pleasant hosts, very helpful, parking on site in a nice quiet location just off the 'main drag'.
Pleasant room, good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Somewhere to rest my head
Although I only stayed for one night visiting friends the accommodation hosts were both a pleasure to meet I got my room upgraded for no extra fee and the breakfast was good and set me up for the journey back to Birmingham.
I would certainly stay there again and I would put it forward as a place for anyone to stay at.

Great stay and experience.
The house was warm and inviting, the people were friendly and down to earth.
The room was nicely decorated and big enough for purpose, it had a wonderful view of the Great Orme.
