I was travelling with my daughter. Hotel was clearly signposted. Hotel lobby and room were clean and tidy. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Our room had been booked with a double bed instead of twin by booking agents, probably my fault for booking on New Years Day, but our receptionist realised and immediately changed it to a twin. We said we were hoping to call into Leeds to go to the cinema in the evening. She checked cinema times, advised on car parking and printed off directions for us. Ten out of ten for her customer service. Had a great night's sleep, didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms, the hall or outside (close to A1). The shower was hot and bathroom spotless. We would definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised
This was the first time I have stayed at a Days Inn. When we arrived I was amazed at the standard of the hotel and how modern it was considering when we looked at hotels to compare at first, this hotel had the lowest price. Excellent accommodation, good customer service and great value for money! Would definitely recommend.

OK
Room was a little cold when we got to it. Took a while to get up to temperature after we turned up the heating. Wifi didn't work, and when we asked about it the receptionist wasn't that interested!
Room was fine and clean. Think I will try somewhere else next time I am in the area though.
