Comfortable and clean
Attentive and helpful reception staff. The rooms are clean and adequate, though they have a problem with the bedrooms doors banging (wood on wood) which can keep waking you if you are a light sleeper. (I explained how to fix the problem, let's hope they do something about it). The rate varies a lot, so shop around, some days it is very expensive to stay here.

Fantastic hotel, great staff...would definately reccomend!!
Stayed at the Regency for 2 nights with my Girlfriend. Glad to say the hotel was everything I expected and more. Having stayed at many hotels over the past few years with work or personal travelling the Regency is an easy #1. The staff from the start were polite friendly and extremely attentive. As this trip was a present for my girlfriend I decided to upgrade the room to include use of the Elusium Lounge. I'm glad I did! The staff here were exactly as you would like, they greeted you on arrival, took your room number and then continued to offer excellent service. I half expected watered down or cheaper bottles of lager but it was premium brands. The breakfast was also delicious! Both the fruit and pastries were constantly refreshed and replaced and yet again the service was outstanding. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet few nights away. Te location is perfect, with plenty of restraunts within walking distance. 10/10
