Can't fault it!
For the price of £44 to stay in a huge en-suite room, tastefully decorated in the heart of the city with its own private car park you really cannot fault this place.

Great place to stay
If you are on a budget, like me, then you want to find the best value room you can. I have stayed here 3 times now, and each time it has been great. Staff are welcoming, room was pretty good and it's close to the town center. The bed is comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone on a tight budget, as although cheap, the rooms are perfectly fine.

Good place to stay if going out in town
Paid £45 for the room (should've been £130).the 45 was fair but wouldn't have paid more!was good location, walking distance from town if you just need a bed for the night.rooms are pleasant but basic.customer service was good but it's no 5* accommodation!

Exactly what we wanted somewhere clean, tidy and comfortable. Just stayed for the night after a good drink in Newcastle. Good value for money as taxi fare home would not be much more. maybe don't need the heating on as high as was very warm. It is a little out of the way but a taxi into the centre is only a few quid

Short get away with my husband
After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried as to the state of the room!! Well we paid the £5 extra for a superior room and it was amazing! So modern, fresh & clean. The hotel is only 5 mins from the city centre, which was amazing! Would defo be booking this hotel again :)

Too noisy.... Standard rooms are not nice at all compared to what the superior ones looked on the website. Second night there was a police raid in the opposite room. Was really scary. Hotel did not offer any single reimbursement for the noise and said it was a police situation and it was out of their hands. Noisy clubbers coming in at 6am blasting music. Do not stay here

Good overnight stay
Reception staff we nice and friendly. Room was a good size but there were one or two odd stains on the carpet and on the bedside table. Location very close to the city center. Overall a decent place to stay for a night or two if you need to be close to the center of Newcastle.
