A great weekend
Spent the Bank holiday weekend staying at this hotel and I was really happy with it.
The room was clean and quite large for a double room, had a double bed and a couch in the room which was nice.
The shower was a great size and was high enough for my travel companion to fit under it comfortably (over 6" 3 inches tall).
Overall a really great stay with great staff and good food, the only downside was the wifi was only available in the reception and bar area.

Accomodation good value, food poor
The room was clean, and quiet. At 9.30 there was not much food left and we had to ask for bread, various items of hot food etc., not what we expected for £10. Would recommend the accommodation to a friend, however it seems that extra is added to the bill as a 'mistake' if you don't have the breakfast.

Expo weekend
Stayed here while at an expo in the NEC. Room was clean, comfortable and slightly larger than expected.
The bathroom was very pleasant, with a very nice shower/ wet area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was perfectly reasonable but lacked anything special. Drinks were pretty expensive but that wasn't unexpected.
Short distance and really easy walk to the NEC which is a major plus. It was also very easy to find.

Great stay
The hotel felt clean , crisp & airy, bed was very comfortable ,shower room was fresh and well equipped . Breakfast was very nice and there was ample choice
i would definitely stay again but a complimentary biscuit would have been nice with the tea & coffee in room & perhaps the choice of filter coffee for breakfast, but overall a very good stay
p.s the post code on your web site is incorrect...a very nice but frustrated man in the nec car park kindly gave us the correct one , please change it
as he may become angry

Short but enjoyable stay!
Stayed for a concert at the NEC. Bathroom facilities are fantastic, everything was impeccably clean although I would note a strong persistent smell of bleach. Ordered room service at 1 in the morning, pleasantly surprised by the speed of service! Also pleased by the midday checkout as it meant an extra hour in bed! Only bug bear would be that breakfast wasn't included (extra £10 per person) even though the rates were on the more expensive side.
