Each property has two bedrooms on the first floor and on the ground floor there’s a kitchen and lounge/diner leading onto a private timber decked terrace and small lawned garden.
• All two-bedroom villas, one double with balcony and TV and one twin
• De luxe bathroom with bath plus shower attachment with shower screen and toilet
• Lounge/diner with widescreen TV with a wide range of satellite channels including Sky Sports plus DVD player and double sofa bed
• Well-equipped kitchen area with integral appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge and separate freezer, iron and board plus a wide range of kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery
• All bedding made up for your arrival, comprising linen, pillows and duvets
• All towels and tea towels provided for villa use (except beach towels)
• Full double glazing and centrally heated throughout with a smoke alarm system
• Ground floor internal storage area
• Private garden with timber decked terrace and furniture leading onto small lawned area
• Reserved parking space directly outside the villa
• Landscaped amenity area with overflow parking and cycle parking spaces
Please note all our villas are entirely non-smoking.
Disable clients are most welcome, however, please note that these villas do not have a lift and are entirely unsuitable for those confined to a wheelchair or for anyone with severe walking difficulties. If unsure please ask.
ARRIVAL/CHECK IN DETAILS:
PLEASE NOTE RECEPTION IS NOT MANNED ALL DAY YOU WILL NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION WITH CODE TO THE SAFE, when reception is closed your key will be located in a safe. The code for the safe will be on your confirmation received from Bay Retreat Villas. You will need to print this and take it with you or make a note of the code, without this information you will be unable to access your accommodation.
Payment & Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Please note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.
NB: Swipe only American Express & Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of £150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs, 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of £30-00 per unit.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that stag/hen parties will NOT be accepted, neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.
Additional £100 Security Deposit
A £100 deposit will be added to the total holiday cost payable at the time of balance. This will be cancelled/fully refunded after departure, subject to any deduction for breakages, loss and/or damage and/or if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition. Liability is not limited to £100 in the event of loss/damage in excess of this figure and if in the unlikely event higher charges are applicable we would seek further payment from the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking or require supplementary payment by cheque or credit card. In addition, charges may apply where through unacceptable behaviour, disruption and severe inconvenience is caused to fellow guests.
