Bribev
Very pleased with accommodation and facilities. Charged 12 pounds for a 250 ml glass of wine at the bar though which was absolutely extortionate.

Hilton Warwick/ .Stratford on Avon.
were polite, welcoming, informative & efficient.
I was disappointed with my evening meal in the restaurant.
Fish / chips / peas must be the simplest meal to prepare, however the fish was identical to that from any supermarket freezer or chiller cabinet in a pack for £2/£3.
Battered cod rectangle - tasteless & just unacceptable.
The large open lounge leading to the restaurant looked good but it was so draughty & cold on your legs that it was only 30% occupied.I heard other guests say if we can't get a sofa on the far wall from the bar we won't bother.!
I realise it was a cold winters evening but surely worth getting a Consultant in to try to improve the situation.

Convenience Location
Convenience factor being off the M40, ideal for a pit stop to break a long journey. Helpful staff and good sized rooms. Bed is quite creaky, must have been an old mattress. Room service charges per room delivery so we had to wait an hour for a drink and food which was a disappointment.

Great stay
The room has everything you need for a short stay, beds comfy, shower great. Small bottle of water in room was £3.95 if you were to use it, breakfast £18.50 each (10 each with special offer) so quite over priced. Lovely swimming pool and comfy sofas in the bar.

Warwick Hilton
The evening meal was a disaster - we had to wait an hour and a half to eat - not good with inpatient hungry teenagers! I felt sorry for the waiters as there was clearly an issue in the kitchen which was out of their control. They did not charge us for the meal however.

Was kept awake until late in the night by noisy guests going to bed in the early hours.
