Noisy
Noise from neighbour room was quite high and disturb us at night

First Clasd
Everyone has heard of Hilton Hotels and i wanted to treat myself to a nice place to sleep so i booked myself in. I had a great experience. The staff were excellent, helpfull in every way, the restaurant food was amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious, what more could you ask for?? Definitely stay with this hotel again and again

Easy does it
I was in London to attend a couple of meetings and a party in the evening. It was a doddle staying here. I was checked in and went to my room within 2minutes. Staff in the bar were very efficient and friendly. I was loving the 12pm check out time. Wish other hotels would follow suit as it takes the sting out of what turned out to be a very late night. My room was spotless and comfortable. Checking out was also easy peasy. I will be staying there again.

Great hotel
When we entered the hotel it was amazing

Slow Burner
Ive stayed at the park lane hilton before and liked the experience so thought it would be fun to do it again for xmas shopping, lunch and entertaining but was disappointed when checking in as no twin room was ready or available even i did phone the day before confirming a twin room.
after 45 minutes waiting then being put in another room which was double but i was told after my lunch it would be changed. Arriving back after 7 to my frustration the room still wasnt changed and was moved to another room. When you are tired having to move again didnt impress me at all and i felt disappointed with the service.
I like the hilton brand but something so simple could have been dealt with quicker and better. Breakfast was good , busy but good.
We did have a good time in london, the hotel is impressive but customer service a little lame.
