Standard business hotel but overpriced and greedy
I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons but at nearly £200 for one night this was very overpriced. And to be charged £16 for one days internet access and £4 for the bottle of water in the room is absurd in today's market.

Decent hotel, close to motorway access
Decent hotel and friendly staff, found the food prices a bit expensive, but all in all a good place to spend the night.

Great Service and attention
Fabulous service and friendliness. Rooms a little in need of refurb though very clean and comfortable. Felt well looked after and valued as a customer. Easy access to Bristol centre.

When we booked on the booking it said there would be wine and fruit in the room. When we got there, there was neither.

Hilton Bristol
I was very pleased with my experience at this hotel. Good service, room and breakfast. Car park was large and the £5 charge was acceptable as I was already aware of the arrangement. Would stay again at this good hotel. Easy to reach from J16 of the M5.

Experience at Hilton Woodlands, Bristol
Room was extremely hot and did not have any air conditioning despite the weather being 26 degrees centigrade.
The room had no fridge so ice cream bought couldn't be refrigerated. There was a charge of £3.80 for water which should have been free. In comparison to other Hilton's visited internationally around the world. This is the worst one I have visited.

Advice for improvements
Hotel polish or cleaner needs changing to a more fragrant aroma could understand previous reviews over smell.
