Dated and in need of a cleaner
Really uncomfortable night stay, mattresses from the 1980's, threadbare with more springs than padding. Room was in need of a good clean with mould in the bathroom; looks like it had not seen a duster or hoover in months. Very disappointing considering it is a Hilton.

Standard business hotel but overpriced and greedy
I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons but at nearly £200 for one night this was very overpriced. And to be charged £16 for one days internet access and £4 for the bottle of water in the room is absurd in today's market.

Decent hotel, close to motorway access
Decent hotel and friendly staff, found the food prices a bit expensive, but all in all a good place to spend the night.

When we booked on the booking it said there would be wine and fruit in the room. When we got there, there was neither.
