Good room - shame about the WIFI
Nice hotel - good room, helpful and friendly staff. But shouldn't they just make WIFI free? It seems tight-fisted to be expected to pay for it when paying a decent room rate.

Great service from staff. Rooms were dusty and needed a good spring clean.
Generally a good hotel and few things can be improved. Shower curtains are a thing of the past and not very hygienic. My colleage ordered a rare steak and it was medium, however the staff were very professional.

Birthday Treat!
At check in we were told we had upgraded to a corner suite - beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows on two walls with beautiful views over the river.
Staff on check in were great - very friendly and courteous.
Breakfast excellent - food was fresh and good selection of fresh breads and fruit.
Whole hotel was very clean and airy even though it was a very warm night.

Hilton Belfast
Really excellent staff and brilliant service. . I would go again but would refrain from using the hotel bar because of the attitude of the bar management the Friday night. Recommend if you have alternative night entertainment plans :-)

Hotel was top, service was not so great.
The customer service was not great, took and age to check in.
Lots of drinks not available at the bar (No cocktails, many beers not available, the staff know nothing about what wine they carry)
But the hotel, room and location was top class. The rooms are very nicely finished, with no expense spared, Lovely bed, heated mirror (so it does not get steamed up), large HD TV etc... The same goes for the lobby and bar.
So if you can ignore the staff, I would recommend it.
