Nice central hotel
This is a nice central easy to find hotel with very pleasant and efficient staff.
Under-staffed at breakfast though very efficient. Breakfast is very good!
Rooms and general décor in the hotel is a little tired and dated, could certainly do with a bit of TLC.
Very clean and very quiet.

Nice hotel with parking, big spacious and clean room, very friendly staff and all at good price.
The hotel is indeed very elegant, well decorated and big spacious family rooms. Centrally located offering all facilities including free parking and wifi, clean rooms with tea/coffee making facilities and iron, but no hair dryer. and the shower not too great. Otherwise, no issues. We really for a good deal for a family of four. We opted for continental breakfast instead of the full english but the choices were very limited. Also the breakfast was arranged in the lounge and we had to sit on the sofas to have our breakfast as the all the 4 set tables were occupied.

We stayed here so we could spend 2 days at Alton towers. The staff were very friendly and the room good value for money. £55 for a triple room bargain. Exactly what you would expect for the price.
