We booked a family suite for two adults and three children.
When we arrived at the hotel we were told that this was not available and we had been put into two double rooms with an adjoining door. We therefore ended up with our two sons sharing one double bed and our daughter sleeping on the floor on a sleeping mat and sleeping bag which we brought. We left feeling very disappointed and shortchanged.
The Bradford hotel
No hot water and bathroom door hanging off it's hinges.
The Bradford hotel
Very quiet hotel Apart from the site works outside.
Not alot of guest's in the hotel at the time of my stay as a result the hotel seemed to have no atmosphere but the the city of bradford in general was extremely quiet from the Monday through Thursday not recommended if you like hustle and bustle.
Good stay, pity abou the initial greet
I found the Bradford Hotel very easily as it is right by Bradford Interchange Station.
I was able to get to reception without any delay but was rather taken aback by the fact that I was asked to part with £100 for a £55 room because I had the temerity to pay in cash. Additionally I was not offered any discount off dinner (as I heard somebody else being offered ) and the dinner prices were what you would expect for a 4-star hotel i.e. more than my business trip would pay for. So I traipsed the streets but was unable to find anywhere able to provide a sit-down meal after 8 pm except in buffet-style, which I did not want. Returning to the hotel shortly after 8 pm, the bar looked dead, as did the restaurant. Therefore I returned to my rather pleasant room, though it was annoying that the cheap white plastic toilet seat could not be raised, for obvious reasons. I ate the two biscuits provided and had a fairly good night's sleep. Fortunately reception were kind and jolly at just before 7 am and returned my £45 without inspecting the room. Free teas, coffees, and toiletries are provided and the bed is great.
Spotless, friendly hotel in great location
Suprised by how good the customer service experience was.
Rooms clean and efficient. Food also good and value for money. Would stay again.
Friendly staff, excellent rooms...breakfast a little pricey, but overall an enjoyable stay
The heating woke me up at 5-50 both mornings it sounded like some one running up and down with a wooden spoon banging on the radiators oh it was awful and I turned it off but didn't make any difference also the breakfast was £14-00 each and wetherspoons is just across the road and the breakfast was lovely for £4-00
The room was ok, the service good and only complaint is the noise for outside and no a/c in the room
Very nice hotel
Room was generous size, pleasantly furnished, tea & coffee facilities, large TV, etc.
Nice clean bathroom of decent size. Only bad point about the room were the window sills which had seen better days. I would be very happy to stay here again.
