Love it!

This hotel is located above Zahra, meaning it is near every shop in the center.

Our apartment was a "mini" on the 18th floor, offering amazing views at night as the city lit up. The room was clean, tidy and offering many things I've not experienced in other hotels. It had a skybox, blu-ray player and a well equipped kitchen. Very modern and very sophisticated in appearance. The room, being as it was really shocked, surprised and made my partner happy for her birthday. The only slight things I picked up on was a seat looked a little stained, and the view isn't great in the day time because it's Birmingham. Other than that, fantastic!

Perfect location for a girls weekend!

I booked the Rotunda for a shopping weekend away with my daughter, and couldn't have picked a better spot.

The apartments are next to Zara with the Bull Ring literally just around the corner. We were on the 17th floor and the apartment had an amazing view of the city. The kitchen was well stocked with a coffee maker (with a choice of filter coffee), electric juicer(with fresh oranges provided) an array of teas and hot chocolate, and there was even fresh milk and ice cubes in the fridge ready for our wine :) and a choice of cereals for the morning. We only stayed one night but there was a washing machine(with tablets) and an ironing board. The bed was very comfortable and the lounge was just perfect, with a sofa, dining table, I-pod docking station, flat screen TV with DVD player and full Sky HD including Movies all at no additional cost. You could even open the patio doors onto the city. The customer service at reception was also very good, we couldn't fault it and can't wait to stay again!

Unique, stunning views, quirky!

Different, but excellent.

Well thought out, nice touches (juicer & oranges; coffee options) and the most stunning of views across the City - brilliant at all times of day/night.

Excellent service

The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

I had wanted to check in earlier and they were very obliging, keeping me informed of the progress of the room clean and how long it would be. The room was stunning, with incredible views of Birmingham City centre from a private balcony. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

great location

Right outside the Bull ring shops and the centre of the city on the doorstep.

Who would have thought Birmingham could look good, but it does from up here. All you need in the apartment and everything else minutes away.

Not overly impressed with this hotel, on booking it was discribeded as a five star accomadation with a kingsize bed which was no bigger than a double, the WIFI was non existent there were stains on the sofa and carpet was dirty.

Got an excellent deal on price but wouldn't have paid the top rates for this apartment.

It was well stocked, clean and comfortable and was, I'm sure, 5* when first developed but the carpets were stained and grubby and the apartment just had a bit of a tired feel about it. Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were however immaculately clean. Lovely views but wouldn't recommend for a family with younger kids as although there were glass safety barriers in front of the floor to ceiling sliding windows, there is a gap between the barrier and the window that would be big enough for a small child to fit through which at 17 floors up with a sheer drop to the pavement below doesn't bear thinking about.

Lovely surprise

Hadn't seen any pictures of this accommodation prior to staying so the apartment we got was a lovely surprise.

There was a carton of milk and oranges for fresh juice in the fridge, a few espresso pods for the machine and washing up liquid; towels, gowns and soaps were in the bathroom and that was all we needed. Perfect location for city centre sights, sounds and food. If coming to Birmingham again we will stay here.

Stunning apartment for a birthday celebration

Our apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Really love the way the building has been transformed into such a stunning space.

Also, the concierges, Danny and Simon, were excellent and made us feel really welcome. Worth the money to stay in such an iconic building and we will definitely go back.
