3 night party stay
I cant really fault the apartments we stayed in. I booked 2 apartments sleeping 4-6 for 8 eight of us. We ended up up on the top 2 floors which were perfect, the upper room more so. The apartments were spacious with 2 separate bedrooms & a good size living area & kitchen which we didn't use. The upper room 263 also had a large ' terrace / roof area'. with great views, not quite a penthouse but for the money really good.
The location is pretty good, within a couple of minutes you can be on the beach front for a bite to eat.

Great location
The location of Beni Beach, which is just 30 seconds from the Poniente Beach and a short 5 minute walk to the old town of Benidorm, make it a great place to stay. The Apartments were spotless, basic furniture, and very spacious. The balcony with sliding windows makes a great afternoon sun trap. I have booked to stay again.

Beni Beach Apartments
On arrival we were met with a rather sour faced young lady who demanded 40 euros per person in case we damaged the apartment, we handed this over and we were given one key to the apartment we asked for a second key and although we were given it this was clearly a bother to her. We went up in the lift to the 11th floor, which I may say was rather ropey so we took to the stairs for the rest of the holiday, to be met with an apartment that was stuffy and smelly, on the coffee table was a note threatening that if the towels were marked in any way we would be charged for them. The floor tiles were in places cracked and moved when you walked on them. the bathroom door was damaged, but to have to sleep on beds that were no better than camp beds the type you would use in a tent, pillows with no stuffing and bed covers with patches was a complete insult. They only changed the sheets every 8 days. The English TV was actually only Spanish TV and that only worked if you gave the receptionist a 10 euro deposit for the remote. The apartment itself was a well laid out but it lacked any creature comforts a little bit of TLC on the apartment would make it a much more pleasurable place to stay.
