An excellent, easy stop off point for a long trip up country.
Very clean and quiet with friendly staff.
Enjoyed our brief stay although would have appreciated more milk in the room as the 2 small cartons provided didnt make sense considering we had 4 sachets of coffee and 4 tea bags. although this is a minor gripe.
Friendly basic and serviceable
I've stayed here before so knew what to expect.
Staff very peasant and helpful, room pretty basic but serviceable. My only problem on this visit was that the thermostat on the all did not seem connected to the wall heater. So I dialled it down to comfortable, but the wall heater was so hot I had to sleep with the window open, which was a bit noisy. If I were there longer, I would have raised the problem and I'm sure they would have ben able to do something about it. Bit pricey that night also, at £70.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Campanile and would absolutely recommend the hotel.
Cheap and cheery
Friendly staff, basic room but perfectly practical.
It was okay, he room was okay, it was on ground floor which was okay.
Small but perfectly formed.
Quiet, clean and efficiently planned.
A good venue for a quiet night away from the kids. Convenient and staffed by professionals.
Good value for money, nice and quiet - everything I expected for the price.
Would've been nice to have had breakfast included though.
Good customer service
All of the staff were friendly and seemed genuinely so rather than going through the motions.
Handily placed for what we wanted
I was not impressed with this hotel.
Check in was very slow and in general the staff presented a lack of interest in customer service. And the colour scheme and facilities in the bedroom were more akin to a child's nursery.
