Small room but very good value
Room was a bit small but for a one-nighter with little luggage this was spot on.
We added in the full breakfast option for another £2.75 and that was a good choice. Special mention for Sabrina in the restaurant area: excellent.
Basic & comfortable
Hotel just what was required, Staff friendly and helpful.
Only criticism the room we had and requested was for disabled, the bed was pushed up against the wall, [room was small to have it put any where else] this would make life a little difficult for getting in and out of bed for some. We shall use the hotel again as it is convenient to visit my Son.
Everything you need
Clean and good value.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly.
The friendly and efficient attention of Zoila at breakfast made a very good start to the day.
An excellent, easy stop off point for a long trip up country.
Very clean and quiet with friendly staff.
Enjoyed our brief stay although would have appreciated more milk in the room as the 2 small cartons provided didnt make sense considering we had 4 sachets of coffee and 4 tea bags. although this is a minor gripe.
Friendly basic and serviceable
I've stayed here before so knew what to expect.
Staff very peasant and helpful, room pretty basic but serviceable. My only problem on this visit was that the thermostat on the all did not seem connected to the wall heater. So I dialled it down to comfortable, but the wall heater was so hot I had to sleep with the window open, which was a bit noisy. If I were there longer, I would have raised the problem and I'm sure they would have ben able to do something about it. Bit pricey that night also, at £70.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Campanile and would absolutely recommend the hotel.
Cheap and cheery
Friendly staff, basic room but perfectly practical.
It was okay, he room was okay, it was on ground floor which was okay.
