Great Hotel Great Location
Beautiful hotel easy to find rooms were lovely bed very comfy.
Idea location for a central London getaway. Would definately book here again my next visit
Staff were delightful, slept badly due to temperature of room being too warm but accommodation was good and a great location being so near Green Park tube.
Spacious room and lovely staff
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and furnished very tastefully.
However, the air conditioning was way too loud and I had to sleep with a towel on my head because of the draft it was causing, even though I had turned it down to a minimum. The only way to stop its unpleasant side effects would have been to turn the temperature in the room, which had been way too hot, back up.
While being functional, the bathroom appliances were an eyesore and in need of an upgrade -- the bath tub did not even have an overflow and a sign in the bathroom threatened with charges in case of flooding.
Also, I ordered a glass of iced water from the room service at around 11:30 pm. After it had still not been delivered after 45 minutes of waiting, I callled again and was told to wait for another 20 minutes. In the end, I felt compelled to walk into the hotel bar in my PJs just to get some iced water.
That said, I also had a lot of positive experiences in the hotel. The staff were extremely welcoming to me and my friends who met me at the hotel bar for drinks, and offered a superb service. Even my friends, who were not staying at the hotel themselves, were able to charge their mobile devices at the reception.
Also, my car was loaded/unloaded and parked/fetched for me upon arrival/departure in no time by a very attentive member of staff and I was allowed to leave it at the hotel for a couple of hours after I checked out, at no extra cost.
All in all, despite a few little glitches, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Holiday Inn Mayfair
A perfectly situated hotel in the heart of London within walking distance to many of the city's famous attractions.
Staff were very professional & extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants value for money, a relaxing break & a great location. We'll definitely book this hotel the next time we return.
I've stayed in a few hotels in London and this can only be described as average.
I've stayed twice, but out of sheer need for accommodation, rather than a 'want' to stay. The rooms are pretty noisy, especially facing the front of the hotel. It's mayfair, I get that it'd be loud, but I'm sure new reinforced windows would help - I could literally here the music playing from cars passing by. For business, it's a good base for west/central London but I would begrudge staying here for an actual holiday.
