A pretty modern hotel decorated to a high standard. Excellent customer service and ambiance!
Had a lovely stay at the Plush Hotel. Well worth the visit.
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon night before heading off to Paris. They upgraded us to a suite which was lovely. Modern bathroom and bedroom with four poster bed etc. We also received a complimentary bottle of Champagne at dinner which was unexpected but a very nice gesture. Lovely staff/people and great customer service. We used the pool and hot tub which was very nice and relaxing. Just what we needed after a hetic day before. Would definately return :) Thanks guys x

one night stay at plush hotel
My family arrived home to bristol airport at 11.45pm, i had booked in advance a family room at Plush hotel and less than 5 minutes after leaving the airport we were there. Secure gates were locked but in intercom notified the person on duty on instead of making us fill out countless forms showed us directly to our room. The room was lovely with a double bed and a smaller sofa style bed. The only slight worry was that for two children aged 11 and 9 this was a bit small, we topped and tailed and they were so tired it didnt affect them. Beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, lovely attention to details, alarms clocks, suitable dvds next to the tv, plenty of drinks etc. My only slight grumble is that the room was incredibly hot, the heating was on full and took ages to cool...bearing in mind i had spent two weeks in air conditioned comfort this is all relative!

I arrive around 10pm and the man at the reception was really welcoming and helpful. the room is spacious and Lovely and the breakfast really nice.
I travel a lot and rarely think about coming back with my husband but I will certainly do so with this B&B.
