Food could be better...bit expensive for what it is.

room was all that we needed but, when using the settee, which was also a fold down bed, we noticed a really bad smell, on closer inspection the settee/mattress had some dodgy looking stains on it, the lack of tv channels was odd. food was way overpriced but there are lots of places to eat nearby

You get exactly what it says on the tin!
Pleasant helpful staff. Cleanly presented room. Pillows lacked substance. Mattress average.

Hard to find at night, OK room, pity about the breakfast
The access route to the hotel, arriving late at night after a long journey, was awful. I realky was unsure if the access was through closed barriers to Chatham Dockyard as there was no sign to say I should call security to open the barrier. Once in, the signage was still unclear and lighting was sparse. Once there, room was fine, but bathroom had nowhere to put things in the shower. Breakfast was not brilliant - I really cxan't stomach warm scrambled egg out of a packet that's been cooking for half an hour, and when I asked for a fried egg, one morning received 'we don't have any eggs' and another, an egg with no yolk!! No joke!!!
