Fantastic accommodation. Immaculate !
The cleanest and nicest place I ever stay at.
The food is gorgeous and the owner is great.
The rooms are comfortable absolutely immaculately clean.
The only single problem is no WiFi in the rooms.
I will keep going back to Park Farm. I just hope the WiFi gets sorted.

Great Stay!
I don't normally leave reviews for hotels / b&b's, but felt this place really deserved it! I tend to stay mainly in chain hotels, but this time thought I would try an independent b&b. I did a search for 3* rated with reviews of 5 out of 5 only, this place came up, I can see why!
Great location to relax out of the way, they serve dinner and alcohol so no need to travel off-site. If I am working in Newcastle again I will be booking this place, and will recommend to others.

Excellent Stay
After a long journey it was really good to have a warm and friendly welcome from Emily. She was very genuine in her welcome and made sure that I was set up for a good stay. The room itself was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything in excellent working order (which isn't always the case in some hotels!). The evening meal was excellent both in quality and portion size and again the service was second to none. In the morning the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent again, it was not greasy and was a very hearty start to the day. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Newcastle area.

Wow!
What a find! Beautiful accommodation for the same price as a very basic room in a hotel chain - and we got a fantastic breakfast too (which wasn't shown as being included on Laterooms). Hosts couldn't have been friendlier either. Will never stay anywhere else when visiting Newcastle in the future!
