Great airport hotel
Really good value for money, clean, quiet, convenient. Lines of communication could be a little improved - was given incorrect estimate of time for the return shuttle to the airport which is quite a fundamental factor for an airport hotel (was told 15 minutes; it's around 30 at about 6:30 a.m.) but otherwise a great stay.

excellent place to stay before flying
I stayed at the Arora for one night before catching a flight. The location is great for Heathrow and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. A few minor quibbles: the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and some parts of the room were starting to show their age a bit, but these were very minor.
One comment if you are planning to catch the free bus to Heathrow. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel (which is great) but it drops you off at the Heathrow Central bus station rather than at the terminals. This meant there was a bit of a walk to the terminals from the bus station. Its fine if you dont have too mch luggage but could be a problem if you are laden. The Heathrow Hoppa might be a better choice in such circumstances if you dont mind paying.
I would certainly use this hotel again.

Pleasant experience
Very little to say as only stayed overnight before a holiday and no criticisms - though it was more expensive than we wanted to pay!

Close to airport with free transfers
Ideal for those early morning flights. The 423 bus opposite the hotel goes to Terminal 5 and is in the free zone.

Great for a stop over for catching a plane the next day. The Staff were great and some quite sexy...
We chose this hotel for its locaton to the airport and they had a great offer on at the time so we got the rooms at very good rates, The staff where very helpful and friendly with smiles all the time. We only stopped over for one night and only experienced the breakfast which was a lot better than average. Would definatley recommend to a friend and go back again.
