A warm and friendly guest house a stones throw from the Pleasure beach
Thought we had found a great little deal but found out the price didn't include Breakfast. (Couldn't find confirmation of this in the booking) The option of a private bar would be nice as closest public bar took us 15 mins to find (although we did pass a few private bars in nearby hotels)

Excellent Value for Money
As a young couple we were looking for something that would offer us a good base to our three day stay in Blackpool. When we arrived at the Seaford Guest House we were welcomed very warmly and showed around our accommodation. Our room was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. We were able to come and go as we wished and were not interrupted. There was a great choice at the breakfast table ranging from a full 'fry up' to cereal, fruit and yoghurts. I would highly recommend to any other young couples or families. Fantastic and full of character.

Homely atmosphere , good location for thrill seekers
The lovely owner welcomed us at the door and promptly informed us that the large room we had expected from the booking was not available, but offered us a discount which we were happy to accept, this room was fine for a weekend stay, but insufficient storage space for luggage and clothing if you were there for much longer, the breakfast was freshly cooked to order and was plentiful to keep you going until later on in the day,, no shop nearby and although the pleasure beach is only across the road noise could not be heard in the room. We did not find much to occupy us nearby in the evening but as it was very early in the season this could change, however it is very handy for transport links both bus and tram so this was not a major problem.
