Very Happy
We were very happy with the allround experience and would recommend this hotel to others. Would recommend getting there fairly early though, because parking can be an issue, sadly, a problem beyond the capabilities of being resolved by the hotelier. There are spaces on site, but then it is pot luck for on road parking.

We had booked the same week we were staying and seemed to be at the back of hotel, room very small,
On arrival had no where to park room was at the back of hotel almost felt like an overflow room that we paid 90.00 for which was a lot of money for a small room with small window no view felt really shut in.. Went out for dinner come back to no parking drove round for 20 mins really poor for cost of stay to not be able to park!! Had to pay to park in a car park some walk from hotel!! On a positive breakfast nice staff friendly...

get what you pay for
fairly priced - parking is shocking - so brace yourself to either:
leave your keys at reception so you can double park
park on the road (around the corner or up the hill)
or pay a lot for a paid car park
at the end of the day you are going to a town that was designed a long time ago when they didn't have cars !

No evening meal available, although requested at 17.45. Breakfast had been kept under warmer and was dried up. Hotel was recently renovated and very clean, but very poorly managed. Bar is part of "conference room" and was booked for a training event, so only available after 1700.
£100 is very overpriced for out of season.

Comfortable and freindly
A typical British seaside hotel - which is why I like it! Good breakfast, comfy bed, very friendly owner, a short level walk to the harbour and good value for money. Will always try and stay here when in the area.
