A lovely hotel for the graduation season!
I found the cost of the breakfast very high and chose not to have it but would have done if it had been say £5 cheaper. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay very much. Thankyou.

Leisure facilities
The hotel was perfectly based for a trip to Manchester, the hotel itself was fantastic and of great value for money (or so we thought) - when we decided to make use of the leisure facilities we were told this carried a cost of £30.00! The hotel & spa is it is named is therefore misleading; as a resident to be asked to still pay for use of the facilities is unacceptable or falsely advertised. I was informed that their website explicitly explains this but I didn't book with them direct and I was totally unaware of this cost. I would stay again but I now know that the value for money isn't a good as first thought

Stayed here for my partners suprise 30th present. Have stayed here before and really enjoy ourselves here. We got a free upgrade on the 7th floor with fantastic views across the city . All the staff are pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to ensure you are having a pleasant stay. Will definitely be back and have recommended the hotel to family and friends

Disappointed that use of the spa was not included in the price. We did not use it.

Slightly disappointed
We had an executive room that boated a large bath and amazing views. The bath was bigger but wouldn't have noticed if not been told. Views were the best from our room but not great.

Up to normal standards
As usual a good stay and experience.
However the charge of £20 for overnight parking as a guest is rather steep and may affect my future decision whether to stay at this hotel or not.
