Last minute booking

This was a very last minute booking and considering its location, not to bad Zone 2(Warwick avenue tube station).

Main problem for me was Wifi is an extra charge and the building isn't signposted like a normal hotel. There's no signage or anything and you have to check in at some hotel other hotel around 2 miles away. There is a free taxi ride from this other hotel over to the apartment building just an inconvenience

Bad Location Instruction and extremely hot room

There are 3 problems made me freaking out.

1.I sent a email that said we would arrive very early. But the check-in desk did not know that at all. The check-in desk said if they know that in advance the could do priority check-in. So we had to left our luggages in the check-in desk at about 7.30am and came back at about 10.30 to picked our luggages and check in. 2. The location of the apartment is ok, but it's a trick that all people(include the taxi driver,) thought the apartment should be in a white building which next to the correct one because of the house numbers are similar. So we were hanging around the white build for over half an hour. I called the costumer service to ask if the apartment is in the white building and he said yes. This apparently was a misleading. What's more, there should be a map on the leaflet they gave me, but there was no map on it. In the end, the old man live in the white building(who apparently was disturbed by the travelers a lot because of the similar house numbers) told us the correct building. I was sorry for him but still very annoying by the location. I thought there should be a picture of the correct building on the leaflet. Just make things much easier. 3. This is a 4 levels apartment, the top level has 2 bedrooms and very very hot, it's like nearly 30 degree. We could not turn the heater down as the switches are not working. We had to turn of the central heater in the end.
