Situated in the heart of London’s fashionable Belgravia district, we are located on Ebury Street within a few minutes walk from Victoria Tube, Train and Coach Stations. Just a short stroll down the road you can enjoy the exclusive shops and chic cafes in Elizabeth Street or discover the many fine-dining wine bars and restaurants.
The Lord Milner offers the perfect place to stay for both our business and leisure guests seeking an elegant yet discreet base whilst visiting London. Our 2000 pocket-sprung beds and fine linen ensure a wonderful nights sleep. Broadband Internet access is available in every room, free of charge and there is a lift to all floors. We are close to the theatre district and to many of London’s famous tourist attractions including Buckingham Palace and Tate Britain where you can catch a boat to the Tate Modern and the London Eye. We are 2 tube stops to the Natural History Museum, The Victoria and Albert and The Science Museum The hop on & off open-top sight-seeing buses all depart from Victoria and we are a 15 minute walk to Kings Road, Sloane Street and Knightsbridge for Harrods. Breakfast is additional to the room rate, served to the room at the time guest wish to have it, menu starts from £8. 50 to £14. 00/person PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation and will be verified through the pre-authorisation process three (3) days prior to arrival. Rooms cannot be guaranteed if the card fails pre-authorisation. Please note that pre-authorisation will not remove funds from your account. Payment is due upon departure unless you have been advised otherwise. There will be no cancellation charge if a reservation is cancelled before 08:00 (GMT), three (3) days prior arrival. If the reservation is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged. HOTEL INFORMATION Rooms are available from 14:00 (GMT), but please feel free to arrive before this to leave your luggage. Check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00 (GMT). This was an expensive treat for our Wedding Anniversary and we were both looking forward to spending it in some luxury but our room, named The Gold Room, was a very small box with just enough room to fit the double bed and side tables.
There was a small wardrobe and dressing table in an alcove. We had to keep moving the chair out of the way to get passed it and the TV reception was poor.
Not that impressive - asked for a few extra teabags, never delivered.
Bathroom cramped. Clean enough but wouldn't stay here again.
