Clean and comfortable

I knew from reviews that the rooms were old fashioned but clean so was not surprised when it was confirmed.

For breakfast we were offered 'bacon and eggs', to which I said 'yes please' and that was literally what I got. so, if you want a full English state it.

Basic & Dated

Dated and tired but cleaned to basic standard, needs deeper cleans more regularly to get rid of the dust and cobwebs off the old candle type light fittings.

Breakfast (7-9) was poor and warmed up by microwave with no tomatoes, I feel that this hotel specialises for contractors working in the City

I would of preferred a more relaxed meal time not based around people getting to work, being an hotel I was surprised that no other meals where on offer, this is only a posh B&B
