Cranky or what
In room as requested electric kettle 2 tea bags, coffee, sugar - 2 v small milk pots.
Asked housekeeping for more milk, did not arrive 7pm called reception and told housekeeping had finished and was put through to room service where there wld be a charge. Had a small jug of milk and charged £7. Had booked superior double bed room. Was allocated a room at back looking onto the city. I asked for a room with sea view and was given twin room. could not have double bed unless I upgraded to executive as all superior rooms with sea views were twin. Cranky or what
