do not stay there massive health and safety issue

gosh, what a nightmare, broken facilities in both our rooms, leaking toilet, broken wardrobe, broken bathroom doors hanging on one hinge, broken head board and mirror, this is just few issue from long list, and cleanliness?.

once you will walk in to the room you can see the windows curtain hanging from the rail, you are to scared to touch them as they falling from rail and the dust on them/??. o my gosh i dont think somebody ever wash them or just dust, dont bother to raised any complaint, there is no customer service. there is no-one who can understand how important it is to fix some issue and honestly i didnt hear a word, apology or sorry to hear or any other.

If you think to stay there please be prepared for the worst.

dont forget ID

As a theatre technician touring the country I book cheap hotels knowing they aren't going to be great but they are somewhere to get some sleep after a 14, 15 maybe even 18 hour day, to this end I no longer tour after loosing 4 passports, 3 driving licences and endless provisional licences a few years ago.

This hotel REQUIRES ID and if you do not have this with you, you are charged the entirety of your stay again!!. This to me is ludicrous. However even £150 for 4 nights for this hotel was appalling. A truly repulsive experience!

There are two separate issues here. Firstly your card was accidentally charged twice due to an administrative error.

We apologize for this and you receive an immediate refund when this was discovered.

This had nothing to do with the request for ID. This has recently been introduced after some adhere experience of card being misused. It has therefore been necessary to request ID and sight of card used for payment for verification purposes and for avoidance of card abuse in the best interest of all parties. This requirement appears on our web site and on the booking agent’s documentation. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
