I think we must have had the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful view over the bay and a sitting area as well as very large bedroom area.
This trip was arranged for my husband's 65th and was as special as we hoped it would be.
Beware booking through online agents!
Hotel was nice, spa great and restaurant yummy with a lovey view.
Unfortunately the room really let the experience down. We were given a very small corner room with stained carpets, marked walls and a mouldy bathroom.
On mentioning this to the reception it was commented on that I booked online and without a call to the hotel directly to discuss our 'requirements' then that is the room quality one should expect!. I wasn't sure anyone would have requirements for mould in their room. We also experienced zero phone or wifi reception but we're told these were problems across the hotel.
