Lots of stairs to the upper floor and no lift so check what room you're in if that's a problem
Although the room was nice enough unfortunately the latch was broken on the window and so it couldn't be opened.
The temperature was over 30degC that day and the room stifling. The staff were very apologetic and provided two big fans; sadly that didn't really help alleviate the heat and we had a terrible night's sleep. For those that have any physical disability at all make sure you know what room you've been allocated. Ours was on the 3rd floor; there's no lift and I struggled with all the stairs.
Great stay - thank you
Breakfast was such a great thing to include.
Very happy that we had this to look forward to after a night out in London. There were only a couple of slight negatives. When I came to check in it was quite Kate so the pub was busy so I had to wait 20 mins before I could get a Kay to my room. But not a huge issue. And the sink in our room was slightly broken- the plug was stuck so wouldn't let any water out. Apart from that a great stay.
