A lovely, bright, clean room

I stayed in a single room that was bright, clean and stylishly furnished and sympathetic to the character of an old building.

Clearly a lot of thought had gone into the design. The large armchair in the room was really comfortable as was the bed ( probably the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a hotel in a long while). The ensuite had a very nice rainfall shower. There was London hustle and bustle outside and the train line was alongside the window but that added to the feel of being right in the center of London and next to the beautiful Waterloo station. The staff were efficient and friendly. Excellent value. I was sad to leave and will definitely stay again.

Highly recommend it

Loved how close it was to almost everything.

The fact that it was right by the waterloo underground made it even better. The hotel had that old feel but with a vibrant young energy. I must give praise to the manager Mark as he went out of his way to see that everything was provided. Especially when I felt under the weather. I highly recommend it.
