Mary Arden Inn

The reception area and bar where evening meals are served are very tired and in need of renovation.

The evening meal I had was good value. The room was good, warm and nicely decorated but the bathroom let it down with a broken shower that did not empty properly. The breakfast room was very nice however I left before breakfast was started so I was only able to have cereal and juice. The wifi was not working the night I was there. I asked the barman/receptionist twice if it could be put on but it never came on. Overall fair but it needs to be smartened up downstairs before I would go again.

One night

Lovely big room with a very comfy four poster.

Accommodation is a bit tired and could do with a handy man to sort out a few jobs. Room was clean. Bathroom needed a towel rail or hooks to hang towels on.
