Plough and Harrow Hotel
Was an extremely long way from reception to our room up one flight of stairs then down again.
Hotel was in a great location.
Breakfast was lovely
Unfortunately the room we had smelt of smoke and damp and when we asked to be moved we were told there was nothing available, no solution offered, not even fresh air spray. You could only open the window a couple of inches so we couldn't air the room and it was very hot and stuffy throughout the night as no air con. The reception told me on arrival that the room had not been paid for but it had, then on departure another receptionist tried getting me to pay for the room before leaving.
