Okay rooms but no way is it a 4 star hotel.
A nice hotel if you only use the room and nothing else.
My boyfriend and I decide to stay here as the hotel looked nice and reviews elsewhere were good, now we are starting to wonder if those are fake. When we arrived at the hotel it was late at night but the first impression was good, a nice marble foyer which was clean but a little dated with the decor, but we looked past that, and when we where greated by the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. We found our room quickly and easily. The room itself was nice, clearly cheap but you do get what you pay for so we weren't so fussed. Though very disappointed in the beds as one of the two singles that where pushed together was broken and the mattress was useless. So we took to sharing the other bed between us. That night as we where tired from flying we decided to order room service. There was a choice of two menus as the room service was out of house and ordered in by the two companies telepizza and japonice. We decided to go with telepizza and order a pizza, on the menu it said that if you don't speak Spanish they can order for you and that the waiting time is 30-50 mins. Now on first call to reception they transfered us though we asked for them to order and on second attempt they actually ordered for us. After a long wait and 4 phone calls asking "where is our order?" We received our pizza a little cold and gross tasting. It only took over 2 hours to arrive. No apology was given and they only said they can order another pizza and charge us again. We said no and ended the night. As we found out that night the air conditioning is a little lacking and the walls/widows are paper thin as we awoke to the loud noises of the maids chatting and laughing. Also a dog really likes to bark at 7am. With that past we enjoyed the rest of our stay, though we where very concerned when we came back to our room one evening to find the maids had left the balcony doors open and leaving our room unsecured. We didn't eat again at the hotel and though the maids left dirty cups and can't dust we were okay with our stay at the hotel. Now when we came to check out they wanted to charge €20 for the pizza, we questioned this as the pizza came ridiculously late. The receptionist we spoke to became very angry and started to threaten to call the police after 5 minutes of us trying to say that the service was unacceptable and we weren't happy with paying. He said that we where given other options like the would make something out of the kitchens but that never happened. After he aggressively spoke down to us and threatened us with the police, we realised he didn't want to listen to us so we payed and left.
Overall the hotel was okay, little shabby and in need of dusting but nice enough in appearance, but the service was poor and we where treated disgustingly. Don't leave valuables in the room as the room won't be left secure by the maids and take ear plugs so you can sleep as the walls are paper thin. Also be prepared for beds that will ruin your back and be useless.
This hotel is barely worth 2 stars and I would never recommend to anyone.
