A short Birthday break

In over 40 years of business travel i'd had no reason to stay in Bath.

Th a Lady Wifes birthday was here and she said she wanted a visit to the City. This is a very nice, welcoming hotel. We booked for one night but stayed over an extra night. Great staff, great rooms and an exceptional location. I love the City and we will be back to this hotel.

Great location, amazing staff, beautiful room

From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough to help, and were polite, friendly, helpful and professional.

We were upgraded too and the room was lovely, all the little extras and the biggest comfiest bed. The location is excellent, just down from the abbey, and the outside seating was the perfect way to watch the world go by and pass an evening. The cocktail bar was brilliantly stocked with lots of unusual drinks and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was great too, there was a continental spread, juices, yoghurt and also a menu. I had the pancakes and bacon which were delicious but perhaps a little on the small side, although I was able to fill up on the continental. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely return if we were in Bath again. Definitely a good shout.
