An enjoyable stay in a clean and very pleasant room .
Only negative comment is that the closure on the front door to the restaurant is broken making a creaking sound every time door opens and closes. Obviously , this is not conducive to a good night's sleep.
The Staff were great.
receptionist girls were dead friendly and very helpful, remembered you from one another so would ask about certain things you had done that day. very interactive. the rooms were very big. could have done with a bigger bed, and maybe some new mattresses as i felt i was rolling of the edge. even though you are over a pub and in the centre of Birmingham there was hardly any noise. would highly recommend. and would definitely stay again.
