Did not stay a second night....
I can live with a dirty, filthy and mouldy room, no problem, lights and television did not work - no problem, nothing to complain for less than £50, BUT people coming in my room in the middle of the night is something I cannot deal with..how could they get another key from reception??.
Booked for 2 nights....left after 1st night....guys + manager at the reception did not find it necessary to say sorry....
Good if you want to do DIY
Well if you want to spend a few nights away from home doing so DIY this is the place for you.
You will need a carpet cleaner to clean the massive red wine stain near the door as soon as you walk in, never mind the countless other stains. The bed could also do with a new headboard as the current one is badly worn. Ideal stay for a plumber as the bath needs replacing as it has a crack in it. The bathroom stinks of what is most likely mould from a leek. The toilet seat is an obstical course as its only fixed down at one side, as its half broke. Some tiling experince could come in handy to fix hole in the wall. You will also need a van as you also have to bring a new door for the bathroom as the current one is badly water/mould damaged.
