Lovely retreat

Could not fault anything about this hotel.

The quality of the room, the service and the hotel and surrounding gardens were top notch. We only ate breakfast at the hotel and we chose the continental breakfast which was ample. The little touches in the room like fresh fruit, a small decanter of sherry, bottled water and robes in the bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable.

Great Hotel and Location

Booked this Hotel as a last minute break and was really happy with the choice.

It was in a beautiful location with a lovely view from our bedroom window. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and nothing was too much trouble. The little extras in the room were also well received i.e. nuts, shortbread, 2 chocolates, sherry, posh coffee and flask of cold milk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon.
